Slow Cooker Mediterranean Pot Roast

All you need
4 garlic cloves, minced
3 tsp dried basil
1 tsp. al alali Oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp crushed red chili flakes
1,130g chuck roast, boneless with all visible fat removed
1 1/2 cups al alali Pasta Sauce
450g al alali Spaghetti #5
Directions
- Add Sprinkle garlic, basil, oregano and red pepper flakes over both sides of the meat
- Pour 1 cup al alali Pasta Sauce into a crock pot
- Place the meat over the sauce
- Pour the remaining 1/2 cup sauce over meat
- Cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours, or until the meat is tender
- Transfer the meat to a cutting board and cover loosely with aluminum foil.
- Remove any fat from sauce in the crock pot
- About 12 minutes before serving time, prepare al alali spaghetti according to directions mentioned on the pack. Drain well
- Serve and enjoy!
