Mediterranean Lamb

All you need
2 kg lamb leg, with bone
140 g al alali Tomato Paste
250 g al alali Pieces & Stems Mushrooms
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 onions, chopped
2 cups al alali Chicken Stock
1 dash fresh rosemary
2 tsps. al alali Paprika
Salt to taste
al alali Ground Black Pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook the leg of lamb in oven over low heat for 1 1/2 hours
- Mix the remaining ingredients
- Pour mix over the lamb, and cover with foil
- Cook for a another 1 1/2 hours over low heat
- Slice thick pieces of meat
- Serve with the sauce and enjoy!
