The provided information shall be used to allow the user to access the Site and to allow us to communicate with him/her regarding our products, promotions, marketing initiatives and other similar communication. This Site will include send-to-a-friend applications that make it easy to forward information from our site to others.  In order to address the user's e-mail message, the application may ask you to input the recipient’s e-mail address and/or similar information. QualPro does not retain any of this information.

We reserve the right to change or replace this Privacy Policy at our discretion at any time.  Users are encouraged to review it from time to time to ensure that he/she is aware of any updates or changes in this Privacy Policy. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information gathered on this Site.

Parental Consent:

If a child has provided QualPro with personally identifiable information, a parent or guardian of that child must contact us at if they would like access to this information or have their child's details deleted from our records. We will take steps to verify the identity of anyone requesting information about a child to ensure that the person is in fact the child's parent or legal guardian.  If requested we will use all reasonable efforts to delete the child's information from our databases.

By using this website, the user assents to all of the terms of this Privacy Policy and this website’s Terms and Conditions. If the user does not agree with any term of this Privacy Policy or our Terms and Conditions, he/she should not use this Site or submit any personal information.

The User's Control over Personal Information:
